No. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing month and are not refunded. Your next month starts with the plan’s full allowance.
Choose a larger plan or wait for the next monthly allowance. Manual work remains available within the plan’s other limits.
A run that produces no clips is never charged. A paid operation that fails is not charged. A new AI search or regenerated posting copy uses credits, with the cost shown first; reopening saved results and making manual changes do not.
Yes. Start with your finished reel, prepare a manual cover and use your allowance for AI posting copy. If the reel already has its transcript, it does not need another transcription charge. New speech transcription, when needed, would be quoted separately.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Changing your mind is not grounds for a cash refund. The refund and cancellation policy says what is refunded and how to ask.
It is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
No. Storage is 2 / 5 / 10 GB for Basic / Pro / Studio and is included in the monthly price. Your first export is included in clip creation; any later export that costs credits is quoted before you confirm.
No. Direct publishing requires eligible connected accounts and the necessary platform permissions. One YouTube channel or Instagram profile counts as one connection. All plans include downloading your finished MP4 so you can upload it yourself.
