These terms are the agreement between you and SandMatter LLP for your use of ReelFyre. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
ReelFyre takes video you provide, generates short vertical clips from it, and — at your instruction — publishes those clips to social accounts you have connected. Features change as the product develops; we will not remove something you are paying for without notice.
ReelFyre uses YouTube API Services. By using ReelFyre, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
When you publish through ReelFyre you are publishing to your own channel, as yourself. You are responsible for the content you upload: each time you publish, you certify that it complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Community Guidelines, and that it does not violate anyone else's copyright or privacy rights.
YouTube requires the uploader to declare whether a video is Made for Kids. ReelFyre asks you for that answer and sends exactly what you choose — we never answer it on your behalf.
YouTube limits how many videos can be published per day, both per channel and across our service as a whole. ReelFyre queues your posts and publishes them as capacity allows, so a scheduled post may go out later than its slot. We will always show you a post's real status rather than reporting success we haven't had.
ReelFyre posts to Instagram through Meta's official Instagram API. When you post to Instagram with ReelFyre, Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines apply to what you post, and you are responsible for it.
Posting needs an Instagram Business or Creator account. Instagram limits how many posts an account can publish through apps in a rolling 24 hours; when you reach it, ReelFyre waits and posts once Instagram allows it again, and tells you when that will be.
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything ReelFyre generates from it. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store, process and transform your video so we can produce clips, and to transmit them to the platforms you connect when you tell us to.
You confirm that you have the rights to every video you bring to ReelFyre, whether you upload the file or paste a link to it. Do not bring content you do not own or have permission to use.
You agree not to use ReelFyre to:
We may suspend an account that does these things, and we may act immediately where a platform requires it of us.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at hello@sandmatter.com if you believe it has been compromised.
ReelFyre runs on credits. There is no subscription, no billing period and nothing that renews: you buy credits in advance, and a run spends them. The cost of a run is shown to you before it starts, and credits do not expire.
You are charged for what the work costs, not for pressing the button. A run that produces no clips is not charged. Editing a clip, re-rendering it, changing its captions or posting it are free — you pay when new clips are made.
While ReelFyre is in private testing, nothing is for sale. Credits are granted by us, and there is no way to pay for them. When paid credits open, the price per credit and the refund policy will be published on this site before anyone can buy, and this section will say so plainly.
If something goes wrong and credits are spent on work you did not get, write to hello@sandmatter.com and we will put the credits back.
Connected platforms such as YouTube and Instagram are operated by other companies under their own terms. They can change their rules, limits or availability, and they can suspend accounts for reasons outside our control. We are not responsible for their decisions about your account or your content.
We work to keep ReelFyre available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third-party services that can fail.
To the extent the law allows, ReelFyre is provided as-is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or indirect losses.
You can stop using ReelFyre and delete your account at any time. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop operating the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
